Rebecca Tassi has been teaching English and Creative Writing (Poetry, Fiction and Drama) for the past fourteen years at various universities. Although a native of the United States, Rebecca has lived abroad extensively and taught English as a second language to both children and adults. She is a published poet/dramatist and recently her play Lucio Park was performed in Austin, Texas at Arts On Real Theater. Currently a resident of Panama, her desire is to extend the opportunity of learning the arts to those that reside in the historic area of Casco Viejo. Rebecca holds a Master's in Creative Writing and is a Ph.D. candidate in Poetry Performance at the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
